    Week 1 is a thought audit. What beliefs are causing a lack of self confidence? Embrace strengths and nurture weaknesses.

    Understanding why we are having difficulties choosing ourselves and trusting our inner knowing.

    Week 2 is all about why we do the things we do. We will connect the dots of things that happened in our past and how that effects how we do things today.

  • Cut the Fat.

    Week 3 is for goals and decision making. We will take a deep dive into figuring out what you really want and set clear steps on how to get there.

  • 1 on 1

    Week 4 is a one on one hour long call with Katelynn to dive deeper into specific topics that came up in calls 1, 2 and 3.

  • Weeks 5 - 7

    Katelynn wanted to leave the remaining 3 weeks available to be tailored to this specific group. Are there any topics that we need to touch on a bit more or was there something that came up in almost every persons 1 on 1? We will find out!
